Delete your CortexPlus account
In the app
Open Settings → Delete account.
On the web
Sign in at cortexplus.io → Settings → Delete account.
If you can't access your account
Email thiago.magro@gmail.com from the e-mail address on your account with the subject “Delete account”.
What is deleted immediately
Your account, all memories and files, devices, and API keys are deleted immediately. Any paid subscription is cancelled.
What is kept
Backups may remain for a limited time until they are overwritten. Stripe keeps payment records only as required by law.
