Your memories are yours
Keep originals in CortexPlus Cloud or on your own computer’s disk, without another cloud bill. With local storage, the cloud keeps only thumbnails and the search index.

Start in the cloud
Your account includes 5 GB in CortexPlus Cloud. Local storage and extra cloud space are exclusive to the Subscription.
- Step 2
Connect local storage
Install the CortexPlus desktop app on a Mac, Windows, or Linux computer. Local storage connects only when the whole library fits with 10% headroom.
- Step 3
Copy the originals
Originals are copied to local storage and checked with SHA-256 before they are saved.
- Step 4
Your disk is the space
Once verified, the original leaves the cloud; thumbnails and vectors remain there and do not count toward quota. The gallery stays visible while the machine is off; an original is marked offline until it returns. Deleting a file in its folder deletes it from the account.
Your memories on mobile, too
With the iPhone and Android app, you can record audio, take photos, and back up your camera roll over Wi-Fi. Each photo shows its sync status; once backup is confirmed, you can delete the photo from your phone.
